Nexus Mod Manager. (I have no idea if they work, or how they work) It gives you loads of options for saving, and from what i can see in Tes5Edit, it has no confilcts at all. HERE

Only thing is when the timed save occurs the game pauses for a spliut second (could just turn the timed save off).. On Skyrim Nexus, read the mods description (Desc) tab thoroughly for any installation advice from the modder.. With this i can just hit F6 get a quicksave effect but the mod create a full manual save.. Are you saying this isn't the case?
